Local Messiah on Hand
The occupy San Diego protest goes beyond freedom of speech. They have a constitutional right to be heard, but not to occupy public of private land, especially for their stated purpose of disrupting the financial system and ultimately overthrowing the system.
This is a call to complain to the mayor, city council and the police department in San Diego, but people in any city with such an illegal encampment can do the same thing. The media complaints are misleading. The crowd is not just made up of college kids, but committed activists and counter-culture types, some of whom may well be paid in some way. In addition to the stated goal of rallying people for an uprising, this on-going event is:
You may want to emphasis points like these:
– They have a right to protest, but this is an illegal encampment.
– Why do some groups have to obey the law (Tea Party) and others don’t (Occupy America)
– Are city officials intimidated by radical protesters and that is whey they are not enforcing the law?
– Do city officials favor Occupy America for political reasons?
– The camp is a hazard to public safety and health
– One person has already died in San Diego (by falling or jumping off the top of the parking structure)
– It puts the city at risk for lawsuits, if anything happens
– We are going to vote against those responsible in the coming elections
Demand that the same standard be applied to these wanna-be revolutionaries, as would be applied to anyone else. When you make your complaint tell the Mayor or Police this it is an illegal encampment and you want the law enforced.
One man has already died at the illegal encampment of the Occupy San Diego protest, which we have been complaining to the mayors office and police about being a public safety and health hazard. What does it take to move our public officials to act? The City should be sued for all damages that result from this unnecessary illegal encampment and the responsible politicians turned out of office.
Man dies in fall from parking garage near Occupy San Diego site
They can have their voices heard but they should not be allowed to occupy any area indefinitely. The police at the site told me that the ordinance is complaint-driven. The Mayor and Police will not act unless they receive complaints from citizens. Let’s give them some.
Here is the contact info for the San Diego Mayor’s Office and the San Diego Police Central Division.
The key term is “illegal encampment,” because there is an ordinance against it. Complain to the mayor/city council/police about them camping out in the plaza at City Hall. Also, complain, if they are interfering with people’s normal activities, such as blocking traffic or passersby.

The police said that the City Attorney advised that they should be allowed to camp out there, because it is a freedom of speech protest. Freedom of Speech does not require that an illegal encampment be permitted. Suggest that you contact the City Attorney’s office to complain about it. I think the City is afraid of being sued by the powerful backers of this demonstration, which unfortunately include Eric Holder’s now extremist and racialist Department of Justice.
The San Diego City Administration is apparently being intimidated by these generally Marxist/Anarchist protesters and their powerful supporters into allowing them to violate the law at will. If our city government is intimidated by this, will they react effectively to more serious violations of the law. It seems doubtful. This is true all over the country, folks. These Marxist/anarchist Occupy-America protesters are being allowed to openly flaunt the law. We need to put a stop to it.

Would be revolutionaries resist lawful orders and are pepper-sprayed by the San Diego Police
Yes we need to do this. But when the Police officers do go down there to enforce the law. They need to know we support them. They are being set up. They need our support.
I don’t really think so. It’s a political problem with the City Attorney, the Mayor and the City Council. All the police need is the go-ahead. The SDPD, in general, is pretty professional. If the chief tells them to clear out the Obama village, I think it will be gone in short order.
YOUR MONEY? Hmmm
These people are seriously confused…I spoke with a young man who is deeply confused as to history etc. since they are not learning the truth about our history and all the false flag events to promote war. Instead of parking on Wall Street they should park up to the representatives of their district. They should bring their grievances to the politicians not the investors of others money. Money is the root of all evil, not religion. So many blame religion but I do not see them with armies they control.
Democracy never lasts………
